RE: Lotus traveler nokia e5 create appointment

Other than the All Day event, Notes/Domino does not allow an event to be longer than 24 hours, so you are hitting the same limitation. Basically, if you can't create it in Notes on your PC, Traveler cannot create it on your behalf from the mobile device either (no matter what the device tries).
